got to love C5...we just started on our first vette, did the wheels and tires now looking for that throaty exhaust sound. I dont drive much over the speed limit either...I may get there a bit quicker however. Your C5 looks great!!

Is that it in you avatar? Love the silver and with a black top its a great candidate to black out ( windows, tail lights, etc). By far my favorite color combo with shiny chrome wheels. My DD is a 2013 Taurus Limited in that combo.

Blacking out windows is next on the list, we decided against the blackouts on the tail lights, but I agree I think it would look good. We have only had her 7 months now and I must say I love the color combo as well. I also love what you did to your interior. That type of thing will be a while for us. Exhaust is my next project...got the ok from the boss if you know what I mean. LOL

I know exactly what you mean! Glad to hear the boss is working with you and enjoying the C5 journey alongside. What exhaust are you thinking? Ours has a flowmaster and although it doesn't sound like the popular choice on the forum, I like the sound it produces. It's quiet until I don't want it to be anymore!

I really like that throaty sound and right now leaning towards the Corsa,,,I think....I want to listen to several and I am smart enough to know that when I want to do something else the boss needs to be involved now. A friend purchased a new vette recently and that prompted her to say ok get the exhaust...she loves the stock sound, I just need to get a bit more thump, plus I will take the added HP

Did you use the Chadwick on the convertible top? I see in the videos he sprays it on the top. Curious how it works.
PS sweet ride

I have not used it on the top, nor have I seen discussions about it. The reality is our top is destined for the scrap yard, I'm convinced I want a new one.

We had 60 degree weather today in KY so I took advantage of it to lower the car and replace the leaking washer fluid pump. What do you guys think of the stance now? This is after about 60 miles of driving.
