-Passenger side all that is needed is to drop the starter and it will slide right up and in from the bottom as well!

The CATs are metalic core European 110 cell units, VERY free flowing and legal! As a matter of fact, during testing the difference between the CATted versus NonCATted systems were negligable;

Clearences are very good all around, the primary O2 sensors are fine;

No issues with Sparkplugs;

I had the pleasure of testing one of the prototype sets of version 3 and have been nothing but impressed. I paired these with some OEM GM gaskets and ARP header studs and have had flawless performance and great sound for the 6,000 street miles, 4 track days and 25+ autocross runs I've put on them thus far!

added bonus if you have the titanium z06 exhaust, they sound wickedly exotic!

Is that catted or offroad? I've got a Ti catback to install on mine, and I want it to sound exactly like that.

Awesome! I was thinking about going catless, but for $150, might as well be nice to the environment.

Looking forward to getting these on the car!

If these new headers are as good as the originals then they are "great"! I put them on my "99" coupe ant the fit/finish was very good as well as the performance increase. When I find another c-5 or maybe c-6 you can be sure that a new set of these headers will be my first mod!
GREAT product, Dave

tempted.... for a novice like me who knows nothing is there anything I need to know ahead of time?

Like does it throw engine lights? Will it negatively affect anything ?

Is it simply a plug and play swap?

Any idea on power gains ?

Love the avatar!

We expect to send out e-mails with final checkout information right after the sales end. With that systems should be able to ship out to you after the final payment is made!

Power gains all depend on the car, mods, etc. However we have seen 25-35 rwhp gains along with 30-45 rwtq gains with even more under the curve.

Yes, plug and play with 01-04 AIR fittings. If you have a 97-00 car you can use the supplied block offs or extend your passenger side tube.

An off road system will throw a light as you no longer have cats.

I have a step by step guide that will help you during install on the website: http://www.huronspeedproducts.com/install-guides.html

XS-Power may once the Version 3 are available for shipping. Would have to inquire with them direct on any form of a trade-in but I doubt they will take anything used back, however worth a shot!

Really wanted these, but financially not in the cards right now. Was expected a bigger price break on the group buy. For $75 savings, it's not enough for me to jump in now and put other expenses off.
