Power steering noisy
Hi guys,
My power steering pump is making a rattly bearing type noise all the time.
The noise doesn't start until after 5 minutes or so , when the engine is warmed up. It will stop if I turn the steering wheel hard lock.
I'm pretty sure it must be the pump as I have replaced alternator bearings and serpentine belt. Then again it could be the pump pulley wheel as it has a little bit of play in it.
Anybody had a similar problem?
The only upside is that a few people have asked me if I'm running a supercharger, because of the constant noise
