Default Driver's seat leather is cracked

My 2004 Z06 has cracked driver's seat leather. No other damage.
Would any Forum members (perhaps having bought aftermarket seats) happen to have a driver's seat,or at least the bottom, FOR SALE?

Thanks,

I've considered this myself. My driver's seat bottom is wrinkled pretty bad, but the passenger seat is passable. If I got just a driver's side seat bottom should I have any concern over color matching?

Black is black, but 12-year-old-black to "new" black might not jive too much. Should seat covers be changed out in sets?

How long do you expect to keep the vehicle? I replaced both seats covers on my 2001 10 years ago. The replacement covers are much thicker and better quality and still look like new - which is a major change for the original which showed signs of wear in the first year. They finally split and look ugly. Go for new covers.

The problem with just replacing the damaged piece is that the rest of the material is still 10 years old, and likely to fail in the future. Also, the OEM covers are not all leather, only the seating surface is, the rest is vinyl. As said above, the all leather covers are much nicer and will hold up better.

After pulling off my covers last winter, there is no way I would consider factory covers again. They are garbage compared to what is on the market now. My seats are actually comfortable now.

I replaced my covers with leather/vinyl and had them stitched with silver to match the console that I had dipped. About 3-4 yrs ago for $750 installed if memory is right. You may want to build up the cushions while at it. The way to keep a Vette looking good is to have fresh, nice looking seats.
