Just want to let everyone know that the two don't play well together. I've been using Triple Play for a few months now and I'm very happy with it. I emailed Neil Chadwick just after I purchased his product and asked if I could continue using my California Duster after switching to his product. He said no. Being the simple minded person that I seem to be, I forgot his admonishment about using the duster and dusted away. I looked at my car yesterday (a black '02 Z06) just before I was going to take her out for a bit of spirited driving in our local foothills. The entire car, including windows, was covered with streaks! After a little reflection I realized what I had done. It took me an hour to re-Chadwick my car. It looks beautiful again, so no permanent harm done. Any Chadwick users out there would do well to listen to Neil. I wish I had.

Thanks for the report. I use Chadwick's too and also have a duster. Duster will go into storage.

I think Chadwick's is wonderful stuff and I have used my duster many times after having Chadwicked my car without a problem. My car is silver. Is your duster new?

I also have found that out the hard way. I think the black is much more noticeable then the lighter colors. The streaks did go away after another wipe down with triple play and all is good now.

No, my duster is not new. I've used the duster before after Chadwicking my car and never noticed the streaks, but the other day when I looked down the side of my car toward the open garage door I saw tons of streaks. The streaks are most visible when looking down the side of the car (head close to the painted surface). They are not so evident when viewing the car straight on from a little distance. Although every imperfection really shows up on my black Z, the streaks were quite visible on all of the glass as well.

Mine is silver and i use a duster with no problems, must b the color.

My California Duster is quite old, but sometimes I still get streaks on my car when using it. It's the wax they coat the fibers with when they make the duster. But if Neil advises you not to use it with his products, then best to heed his advice. And thanks for posting this as others that have used the Triple Play may not know about it.
