Flowmaster Cat+X-pipe (FLO-2010014)... anyone used this?

Car started making a nasty noise on deceleration which sounded just like collapsed lifters, but lo and behold 3 days later a p0420 (left cat not working) code pops up. So apparently that noise was the sound of my 13 year old, 101,000 mi cats getting digested. (Sure is nice when the OBD does its job!) Oh well ... cheap easy fix at least.
Looking at replacement parts, it seems I can get a full mid (x) pipe for not much more than 2 replacement cats. And this saves me the trouble of cutting/welding/clamping which is worth way more than the extra ~$150 in parts IMHO.
Anybody have any experience with that part linked above? It says direct fit but ... well .. we all know how that can go. I do already have a Corsa X-pipe installed, but it's a cut and clamp so I can sell it easily (who wants it?)
