1. When someone goes to the last page of a 3 page thread and makes a post, based on some of the previous post, (that has no relevance) on the question or comment of the OP's original post.
2. When someone offers unsolicited negative, rude, demeaning comments or opinions in the OP's thread.
3. When somebody posts on a thread that they obviously have NOT read.
4. When someone gets bent out of shape, because you disagree.
5. When someone gives incorrect facts or information that could lead to damage, injury, or even death.
6. When someone makes a list of things that bugs them about this forum.
Feel free to add to this thread...
1. If it's relevant
2. If your not flaming
3. If you've read it
4. If your not angry, because you disagree
5. If you have your FACTS straight
6. and you have some ridiculous pet peeve that you feel the need to vent about, like I have...
Yes, I am probably guilty of one or more of these pet peeves, so I am irritated by myself, which you have no control over... do I need professional help?

When you offer information/ help to a problem and the OP never comes back to the thread.
When someone finds a post that is 8 years old and revives it.

When someone gives a 3 paragraph response of why they are right based on information that they heard from "a buddy/the internet" and has no real world experience on the matter.

Speaking of relevance, what's everyone's favorite brewery? I'm typically a fan of lagunitas but the best beer I've had is chimay grand reserve.
What's this thread about again?

I've never had a chimay grand reserve but it sounds good! Oh, we bought a new big screen T.V. yesterday and the picture is great

I like revived old threads. its a neat blast from the past, and it beats rewriting an annoyed thread about which oil weight to use.

#43. When someone quotes an entire previous post consisting of 14 pictures, only to add one sentence that may or may not refer to just one of those pictures.

Posting massive high resolution pictures, so that when my browser scales the picture to fit on the screen, the text is too small to read.
A multi-megabyte picture doesn't look any better than medium-sized jpeg on a computer screen.

When someone asks a question of the original poster and they haven't been on line for 5 or 6 years, just start a new thread. The rules say something about a thread over 45 days.

Also, requesting an update after six months or so from an active poster is not the same as replying to a 1-10-year-old thread
I try to quote only the text that the poster put the with the pic, or just the pic I'm referring to when quoting pics. It's considered forum etiquette on other boards.
