Wow, when I think of the tolerances we worked with in the 60's-70's and looking at what is achieved today its amazing, no wonder why an engine can run 200k miles without a hiccup.

This was an assembly issue and not one from an improper break in.
The General will fix the assembly issue or else the Supreme Commander will have to step in and mumble something.
