Default Spark plugs - NGK TR5IX & AC delco 41-110 (i searched)

Sorry to start another spark plug thread. I'm usually pretty good at finding things through the search but i got a little confused with spark plugs.

I picked up a set of gm red performance wires from summit racing - since that seemed to be the most suggested wire set on here.

Now i'm looking for plugs and i read that GM made a switch to iridium plugs that are gapped at .4 - and most people say to get AC Delco plugs and some have said NGK.

Well i went to advanceautoparts online and it says the AC Delco 41-110 plug is not compatible with my 02 C5.... I figured its probably their site that is wrong but before i drop $50+ on plugs i wanted to make sure i pick the right ones.

I found NGKs (NGK Iridium IX Spark Plug (TR5IX)) but i didnt really find anyone on here using that plug. Most of what i found was for TR55's.

I pictured both plugs i found below:

I use the Delcos from Advance.I think the number has been updated to reflect the smaller plug gap.I can check out the number on mine if you like. Also, type in code TRT30 to get 30% of your purchase from Advance.Pay online and just go pick them up.Every little bit of savings helps!!

I use the Iridium Delco 41-110, already pre-gap at .040, but never hurts to recheck them. The discount jamieo mentions will save you about $18.00

The previous AC Delco plugs were the 41-931 (gap .60). They have been replaced by the AC Delco 41-110 (gap .40). You can also use the NGK TR55IX.

For what it's worth, the AC Delco Iridium (41-1XX) plugs are at least partially made by NGK.
