my driver side rocks in back corner and has some front and back movement too

The key to the repair is the replacement spacers/washers. It looks like this kit is using OEM materials - I'd avoid it and find a kit (or make them yourself) that has a harder material for the spacer such as steel or copper. There are a number of guys on the Forum that have made their own.
You won't know if you need the other bracket until after you get the seat apart. I did not need the bracket when I did my repair. Good luck.

from the feel of my seat I think I to have a bracket issue more so then just washers. plus to think they are know to go maybe best i get updated version now and be done with the repair fully
