Can legislation be introduced to require these businesses to provide adequately trained and armed security for the public safety?

Just don't do business with them. Let the market work. We don't need anymore regulations on businesses.

Trying to understand. Your response is that if you choose to do business with them the business can regulate you through violation of the bill of rights and that's OK.

Why are you posting this in the C5 forum? Keep this crap in the off topic forum where it belongs.

The business owner has the right to run his business as he wants and you have the right to not do business with him. It's your choice.

We already have way too many laws and penalties.

Having trained security with guns does not guarantee "safety"? Heavily armed and well trained cops get shot all the time. If someone really wants to kill someone, they will find a way.

"Force" never works long range. Just like Obamacare trying to "force" healthcare. That is impossible. Just what I want, a healthcare worker taking care of me that is "forced" to do so at a lower price! You can mandate heath services, but you cannot mandate "care" - that is a philosophy/emotion. All Obamacare can do in the end is make sure everyone has Heath Insurance Cards that nobody will accept! And everyone will be paying more and getting less - a lose-lose situation.

Just like the new open borders policy. I don't see why the USA does not just go ahead and issue membership cards to anyone in the world to become a US Citizen and we can just start mailing them the checks without them being inconvenienced to move here! Let's be "fair" and let everyone get the nanny-state benefits who sign-up.

I agree Obamacare is a mess. They should have used Israel's model for universal healthcare instead of Romney's.
