Default LG Headers issue

Hi all, so last year I bought some LG street series headers. Installed them and during the install I noticed the drivers side O2 bung is angled in a very poor position. The O2 sensor rest on the passenger side header and obviously this isn't a great location for wires to be resting. Over the course of the past year the the heat has finally toasted the sensors wires so I ordered some new sensors but they're about 1 cm longer than the stock sensors, this doesn't work as the bung positions the sensor directly at the other header so now I'm stuck. I emailed LG when I first got the headers and mentioned the problem and they never responded, I basically ran with the fact knowing that the wires would eventually melt and I'd get some new sensors and header wrap, but now that I can't seem to get a sensor that is the stock length I'm in a little bit of a pickle. I emailed LG again last week and still no reply so I'm wondering if its normal practice from them to not ever respond to customers. But I want to know if there's a way to relocate the O2 bung and if so what the expected cost would be so this doesn't keep happening. Any help is appreciated.

Can you heat up the bungs while using your old 02s to bend 1 up and 1 down?
And/or cut 1/4 inch off the bungs and maybe tap them in as well?

Wow that is bad that they would allow that to get out of there shop..I have the same headers as the op of the thread and I am not really impressed at all with LG headers imo

See if you can find a 90/45/30 degree fitting to go in the pipe fitting, so you can have your 02 sensor positioned where you want it...not sure how that will effect the 02 sensor... might be worth a try...

I'll look into that. Thanks.

I had a few other issues with them as well but they were minor and fixed. But this O2 sensor placement is a tough one to let slip by.
