Default 00 vette ls6 intake install questions

I've seen a few write ups on the manifold swap. Just wanted to see what is needed for the swap. I've seen mixed write ups on what's is required. Any links to a write up or tips would be appreciated thanks!

Mainly I see people use a new coolant tube or they use all of them. Then I was reading about using what the car has and you need a oring. Need to know what I need to block off or what parts I'll need to buy...

I used this steam line kit, http://www.summitracing.com/parts/tfs-306sb601///// it is a bit pricey, but I just filled my overflow tank with no problem with trapped air, I just filled the tank then cracked the front lines to let out the trapped air !!!!!!!!!!

You could just shave the ribs on the bottom of the intake and leave your stock cooling in place. In fact I took a chizzel and hammer and popped every rib on the bottom off. 3 years so far with no problems.
