My torque tube is whining it is a automatic c5
The car is whining and i want to know if anybody can help me with testing the bearings and if bad removing torque tube from automatic 2000 c5 corvette.The car only has 40,000 miles on it !!!! Please help !!!!!!

If its actually from the torque tube then the bearings are bad or going bad and need to be replaced. There are three bearings in all. One larger one at the front and two smaller ones at the rear (maybe it the other way around). You wont be able to diagnose it (besides audibly) without pulling the drive line.

Hard ? No, very involved ?, Yes . The rear cradle, along with the trans/rear assembly has to be dropped, and that's after you have the front of the tube unbolted from the motor.
