It really depends on if they have maintance records. It's a 12 year old car. Have the tires been replaced? Has it had a tune up? Have any fluids been changed? Some buy these cars and keep the miles low per year like this one (5kmi) and maintance items are quickly forgotten.

Looks to be in good shape in the pics and the price is pretty good. If it checks out following an inspection, I'd say give it some very serious consideration.

Looks nice and a good price, if like others said, the maintenance checks out.
I agree that a lot of folks tend to not change all of the fluids (especially the clutch) if they don't put many miles on it. Changing the fluids is/can be an expensive proposition when done properly.
As always, be skeptical but on the surface it looks good.
