Those mods are going to really limit perspective buyers. A $6500 radio that doesn't work is worth $0. The accident ten years ago isn't going to help.
Lots of things (mainly cosmetic from your description) wrong with the car that you never fixed or replaced. As a buyer, I would be asking myself, "what else hasn't been repaired or serviced"?
I am going to say $8000 for somebody looking for a "project car".
Good luck with your sale.

Yes this is the big question everyone wants to know. No bank will finance a Salvaged title. So now all your customers will have to pay by cash. Which leaves the pool a little smaller. Also since I just bought a 98 3 months ago a lot of banks will not loan over 100k in mileage. Mine had 76k and near factory showroom shape. No mods etc. I grabbed it for 15k.

With that kind of mileage, a good title showing minor accident, bad seats and radio, $10,000 would be the upper limit.
I'd ether fix the radio, or put in a stock head unit. then I'd attempt to find some decent seats and put a !3,000 price on the car and hope top get $12,000. Mods do not enhance the value of many used cars.

If that's the case and it is NOT a salvage title, I'd agree with the others, repair/replace the radio, fix the seat covers. Buyers want a No Excuses car. Once everything works, then you should be able to get your $10K. If you can verify the 400HP, you can state in your ad, "C-6 power at a C-5 price". I'd ask $11,500 and settle for not less than $10K. When I'm looking I include "minor damage" in my search, but a potential buyer may want to take it to a body shop for inspection, so let them as long as you go with the car.
Good Luck selling it.
EDIT: Or go with the numbers Phanni recommends, but you have to fix the radio and the seats.

What to sell my c5 for
I think 10k for it is a good price considering the accident and few cosmetic and other issues.
If I were you, I'd spend the $250 to have the new seat covers installed that will buy you at least $500 to $1000 towards that 10k. When selling a car you have to think about the persons perspective when they are getting in to the actual car. How does the driver seat look? How does the steering wheel look? Pedals, stereo and a/c ***** etc...
These things make a huge difference. Also, floppy ears (mirrors) don't take a rocket scientist to fix. $10 at Home Depot and about 2-3 hours later you have a fixed problem.
Sometimes we get caught up in the price and forget about the time evolved to sell at a particular price. If you spend a few hours putting finishing touches on your C5, it can save you and make you time and money in the long run.
BTW, I love the color. My next Vette will be red.

Yes, you might have seen another post where a returning member picked up a higher mileage 01 coupe for $10K. The car had no problems according to the buyer.

I paid $7500 for my hi-mile '99 A4 coupe with a zero mi fresh trans installed. Since I bought my vette I have spent 3K for new cam/lifters, complete tune, new shocks and NOS headlight motors.
With tax & fees & lic plus interest on my loan I figure my car will have cost over 13K..OK I know I'd probably only get 10 on a good day.
Here's the story..I had a down payment saved up but no credit when I found my car on a "we-tote-the-note" car lot.
Been a good deal for me, and has allowed me to drive a $40,000 dream car and enjoy every minute. Only 12 more pmts to go and she's mine for good.

Sounds like some of the early C5s are on their way to be worth more parted out than sold whole.
