Default C5 torch red black top & wheels pics

Does anybody have a C-5 convertible torch red with a black top and black rims. I wanted to put black rims on my torch red but I'm not sure how good it would look? Has anyone bought vinyl red Graphics for outer lip? I would need a red lip.. It really sets it off.. Any pics please post or email or PM me thank you Greg

Personally I don't favor black rims. However, yours look outstanding as you have it set up. Really do like it.

Not a fan of black wheels either, but going with the red stripe would be a good visual addition to the wheels. Combine that with red calipers, and the wheel area would look pretty good.

Not a fan of black, easy to keep clean, but you won't and then they turn to mud.

Just tried to post pics for the 1st time???????see if it worked..How come 2 pics are small Anyway, I have the large red z06 brakes with the metal red covers to keep dust off the zo6 chrome rims and it does a good job.. but with the black top up which is like showroom and black rims with red lip would look schweeet. with top up of course..On flebay there are vinyl precut red lips for 17/18/and19" Has anyone seen or bought these...They even cut them up to 3/4" the cost is only about 15/20 bucks. Still lookin for black rims with good tires.

Iron block, fully forged, by Thompson Motorsports HIGHLY recommended. I learned that after 12 lbs of boost + big cam, on a stock 40000 mile ls1 MELTED! So the weight lowered the front and I barely twisted the back screws down to even it up. Stock wheel and tire size rides great. Won't hook up under 100. Thank God for traction control!

Your car looks so good, one of my favourites on here and very similar to what I am working towards.
