An excellent list you've come up with there. All of them provide valuable tech and general ownership guidance to the forum.

All, including Jack give and have provided an enormous amount of advice, suggestions, solutions..etc

Hey Mike...
...it's just nice to see the old guys aren't forgotten.
I have enjoyed friendships with all of the ones mentioned here.
...and, further more, relied on the counsel of all of the gentlemen listed. You're certainly no exception either.
Peace

I'll vote for Jack,

if he'll give me the seats out of his C5, so I can put them in mine!

Yep, this place is a veritable gold mine of information. Most everyone chimes in when they have pertinent info. Sharing here is a common goal (for the most part). As with any subject, there will be varying opinions on topics, how the varying opinions are expressed is key. These "gentlemen" ( ) seem to be continually able to express their views without feeling it necessary to berate or belittle anyone and are VERY knowledgeable. There are probably others but those names certainly stand out. Good list.

Good additions. Anyone who's ever visited Toques pages has definitely learned something from it!

All mentioned are worthy of a Who's Who or Hall of Fame here. I do visit Toque's page very informative. Vetteman Jack has sent me docs on the info I need. All others mention I have read their posts as well. All these are great guys with knowledge and give that knowledge that everyone can understand.

This is why I started this post, had nothing to do with expertise, it was about a guy that never says anything bad to or about the Poster or his car !!!! How do you know what his life is about ? There many people that have warehouse full of cars that they don't drive !!! I for one don't just get pleasure from driving mine, I like cleaning it,modding it, talking about mine or yours, reading or watching anything Corvette !!!!!! I do not care if you have BSM or a wing on the back !!!!! As I said Jack is always helpful or positive !!!!!!!!!! That is what stands out to me when I read posts !!!!!!

I've always found Vetteman Jack to be a voice of reason and responsibility- rarely baited into the "I'll Start..." crowd. I find myself frequently following his posts with the emoticon.

Best wishes Jack - -

All are very helpful, I'm sure. As a newbie three summers ago, Jack volunteered to help me and sent me three discs of helpful information he's collected over the years.

And without wanting anything in return! Jack gets my vote. Still would like to meet him! Carlisle, next year?
