I too think 1-1.5 would be perfect .Pete would you be offering the flared zr front fender as well ?

Pete, you come up with a decent front fender flare, and I'll be in the market for it.

While I do like the look of that rear quarter panel, it wouldn't work for me since I have a C5Z and the two rear brake ducts would look odd.

On front fenders I would like to see 1" to accommodate C6Z offsets, it makes buying and selling wheels easier because of a larger user base. The L5 fronts with 3/4" flare are okay but the 3/4" is barely noticeable to an untrained eye but the ability to use C6Z offsets is smart and maybe with 1" it would be just enough but not too much. Personally I would not like ZR vents or anything cross generational, however on the fronts a ""slightly"" larger fender vent maintaining C5 lines but just a little bolder would be nice. The vent on the C5R below is ""far too wide"" but the concept is C5 based and allows for smoother transition from flared fronts to factory door panels. That's my $.02, I'd incorporate the best styling cues into any body part that you build from scratch.

i can agree. on the front 1-1.5" would be best. would allow people to get a little more aggressive with wheel choices.

C6 zr1 style front fenders that are about 1inch wider would be pretty cool. But that C5R style front is pretty cool too!

Bump for any possible updates? Also not a fan of cross generation add-ons here (just my personal aesthetic opinion) so +1 for a C5R style front fender or something with more of a subtle blend line similar to the L5R 1.25 inch rear flares.

I feel as though this project is dead in the water but I'm posting here in hopes that perhaps there is still a small spark of flame to the idea.

You have a buyer here for fronts AND rears! I have adv's waiting to go on the car but i havent been able to use them due to the lack of front fenders, and i wont buy the rear fenders without buying the fronts.

My tires are 345 in the rear and 285 in the front

I would be very interested in a urethane rear flare set with NO C6 vent. Assuming the price point is correct. The ability to bolt up and go unlike the fiber glass would be amazing.

There are plenty of vendors that supply rear fenders. I'm sure someone with a set will gladly provide their opinion, but in the interest of keeping this thread about FRONT fenders and the possibility of new options, please use the search tab or start a new thread.
