I just click the yellowish square box and select load from my device (PC)select the folder select the pic and then click insert !!!!

It's the best way. Specially if you post in a thread that will be around a long time. You see lots of old threads where people use photo hosting sites where the pics are no longer available. Sucks in the diy or repair post...
