Need a part number for: Fog Light and Trunk Lid Switch. The trunk lid portion does does work and my fog lights I can't turn off. 1999 C5

The part number for the fog light/hatch release switch is:12135155
Here is a link to it from Cultrag Performance a forum vendor and great to deal with.
