The representation of parts in the link referenced seems to be misleading. The part shown is referred to as a "knuckle" .
The wheel bearings for the C5 are part of the hub which does not seem to be listed (or perhaps I am reading the diagram incorrectly ).
The hub can be purchased at most parts stores with prices ranging from about $120 to about $250. It is separate from the knuckle but is secured to the knuckle by 3 bolts.
My shop manual show the knuckle and hub as separate parts.....

Melting Slicks
This is about an all day job. It can be done on jackstands.
I replaced both on my 02 last May. Only had to buy the proper Tory bit for the bolts that hold the hub in place and a ball joint separator. All ready hoax the large socket for the axle nut.
This us a good time to thoroughly clean the parking brake mechanism. There is a thread i followed to do the disassemble, I'll have to look for the link later. I cleaned and adjusted the brake witch helped it with holding the car.
I also replaced the shocks and touched up the paint in the calipers.

I replaced both rear wheel bearings on my 2001 in 2014. I used AC Delco
RW20-86 part number. You should replace the nuts on the end of the splined axel shafts also. If memory serves me they were around $250.00 for the pair. I did both at the same time with car on jack stands. It took me on full day to do both. Google that part number and you will find several sources for them. Timkens is a good replacement also.
Good luck with your repair.
