Default Radioflyer's Bi-xenon ACA headlights Installed!

Well, this has to start with a story. I didn't want to try this myself, and there was a local member that already had them on his vette. After seeing my thread and PM, he offered to help install them.

THANK YOU Matt (SYFgarage) and Matt's neighbor!!!! Since those two had already done Matt's before, mine were done in under 2 hours. I even acted like I was helping!!!! I might have even learned something.

After being at Matt's place, I went to my parents house to re-aim my fogs, then drove around some more. Looking forward to a night drive.

**Side story: On Thursday evening my brother and I were leaving a restaurant. I decided to text Matt to see if he was still available Saturday (today). As I was typing the text, I looked up and saw a Blue C5 Z06 with aftermarket headlights and thought-that's the guy I'm texting. Sure enough, it was Matt. Had my brother not wanted dessert, we would not have driven past him at that time.....weird timing. LOL

On to the photos:

Great Job finding someone that knows more than I do in the particular situation.

Waiting for the sun to go down so I can go try them out....

I've had these lights for nearly 2 years now, and they've been great. They'll transform your nighttime driving experience.

No problem. You drive yours daily. And we've had enough rain lately...good grief. I'm ready for some sunshine!!

I really, really like those. But I will have to find someone to do it. I don't want to try my electrical system because I did something stupid.
They really do look good!

Is the system plug and play or is there wire cutting and splicing involved?

Thanks guys. The system is "Plug-N-Play."

The only wiring is the harness in the fuse box so the high beams work properly. And it's really only making connections.

Look at me acting like I know what I'm talking about.

I feel it would just take longer if you are 1 person doing this install for the 1st time. I've seen people do it themselves, people do it with help and people have them professionally installed.

EDIT: This thread has the install directions posted in a PDF near the end of the thread: https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...on-sale-2.html
