Default Tuning a C5 Z06 back to stock - HP Tuners VCM Suite software

Hey guys,
I recently put a new LS6 motor into my 2002 c5 z06, and put the car back to stock. My previous motor was very modded, and RPM in Texas used HP Tuners VCM Suite software to tune it. The new motor is all buttoned up and in the car, everything working fine, but the old tune is not ideal on a stock motor.

Is there a simple way for me to put the ECU back to stock?

OK, and im guessing the stealership will charge an arm and a leg for this?
A local tuner said he can flash the ECU back for $100, and then $300 to tune it for my cam ($400 total).
