This is Red in Red: my sister in my C5. She's 5'4", and a 737 Captain at Southwest Airlines. She runs mine just fine, 6-speed and all.
She drives her 1968 Corvette, 4-speed just fine.
Totally manageable. It's BIG long hood, which is difficult for ANYONE to get used to. But after 2 weeks you will be fine. GO FOR IT.

My wife is just under 5'-2", she says visibility is not great, but then she drives it maybe 2-3 times a year. As a DD, I'd take some test drives first (should always anyway!).

My GF is 5"1', and doesn't care for the seating position at all, the windshield and front end are too far away for comfort for her driving. I don't like anyone else driving my pace car anyway. She much prefers her Subaru Outback.

Awesome!...go for it and don't worry about the seat. I'm 5'4" (female..lol) and have no problems at all with the seat and being able to see the HUD when I drive. The seats adjust both front to back and you can tip them forward if you need to...plus the steering wheel telescopes to help make everything just right!

ps...and I decided to paint my own under hood liner. I'll do a picture afterwards.

Good advice to just go and sit in one and see how it feels. It could be that with some seat adjustments you will be just fine.

That will also give you a chance to check out if the seat controls work, as well as the memory feature and auto mode when getting in and out.
