Hang in there pal. I'll lift you up in prayer... when it rains it pours.

In the last 4 years I lost my health, my wife, my job, my finances, and in the process of losing my home & my father is now sick. Although our circumstances are different our struggles are the same. Peace be with you and put your eyes to the sky. Yah bless.

Sorry you're going thru this. Been there...done that...twice. The way I look at it was my last two were prototypes that didn't make it to production! Hang in there.

Perhaps someone can help you answer emails, maybe prioritize for you?

Thank you for the offer. No doubt there will be customers or potential customers that don't happen upon this thread and may be discouraged by my abnormally long response time to emails and phone calls. If these people voice their complaints, please let them know the circumstances and re-assure them I am still in business and will get back to them as soon as possible.

True. However, those who are not aware should be allowed every opportunity to know.

We will definitely honor your request and try to nip any issues in the bud and insure that your message is passed on. You are by far one of the best vendors that I have dealt with on this site. We will keep you in our prayers and please let us know if there is anything else that we can do.

Great vendor and an even better human being! You took my call and helped me even when I didn't purchase a thing from you, I have bought several things since and have plans to buy more if you still feel like continuing being a vendor.

Hang in there!

IMPORTANT UPDATE:
I will be heading to Texas for a couple of weeks to help take care of my father in his current condition. During this time, NEW ORDERS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED. If you order during this period, I will process your order as soon as possible, but it may be a few weeks longer than normal. I will continue to answer emails and phone calls as soon as reasonably possible. Please continue to be patient.

I have arrived in Texas as of last night. I should be able to begin unpacking stuff sporadically depending on the near-constant rain we're getting here.

Orders will be processed as soon as I can get my office up and running.

Great vendor. Was very helpful when we installed our new headlights.
Wishing you the best in these troubled times.
You probably have already done so but if not, you can have email auto answer any email you receive letting customers know what is happening. Same with voice mail.
If anyone asks here, we will keep them updated.
