New C5 owner
I just picked up a nice 2002 in excellent condition at a fair price.
I have been looking for some time now since I sold my wife's 82 CE.
I will be asking some questions from time to time.
The ABS and Traction light is on and reading old posts I will try the grounds first.

I am used to working on my older cars so this is a totally new experience.
One of my 61's has factory mechanical fuel injection but it is nothing like the 02's!
But this is just a real nice car to drive, a cross between a modern car that my wife can drive and a sports car.
Thanks for the kind welcome.

That looks like a really sharp, unmolested 02. I also love the white C5s (imagine that!). With the 2 of us being from a previous generation, yes, these "newer" computer controlled cars are way different than the cars back in the 60s. Here's a funny story. I have a very well known racing shop here in OKC do all my C5 work. The owner there is restoring/customizing a 1959 2dr HT Cadillac. A few weeks back, the car wouldn't start. As good as they were at building and tuning these cars, they didn't know where to turn. I went over and got the points reset and had the car running in less than 5 minutes. Totally different animals! Welcome to the C5 side. It's a fun car and you've made a sound choice!

That car looks like it's in incredibly good condition, at least the paint is and I think that's the most expensive piece to the work of art.
It's absolutely gorgeous! If you don't mind me making a recommendation, I think what would look incredible with the white is getting new DRL / Parking Light Lense houses that don't have the amber section. Like this.

Thanks for the kind comments and your suggestion on the park lights. They do look good but for now I will worry about the ABS/Traction lights.
Maybe down the road I will make small mods.
