Default C5 Grand Sport Fender Accent Stripes

I slapped on some stripes on my ride yesterday, and I think it turned out awesome! Got the carbon fiber pattern to match my rear spoiler. Just thought I'd share some pics here for you guys to check out.

Feel free to share what you think below!

In case any one is wondering where I got these, right here

I think they are subtle enough that they look good on that color...

I like the subtle look also. I had matte black ones on my black Z.

Do not like stripes in any fashion, but this is miles better than a stark contrast.

It has that "almost not there" thing going on. I'm not usually a fan of the carbon fiber look but that looks pretty good!

Just wanted to say nice job. Good choice with going dark to stay subtle. Makes people do a double take to really notice. Green isn't an easy color to work with, but I think you did well with those stripes.

Shouldn't that front hash follow the curve of the wheel well's edge?

I'll take that as a compliment, thank you

Yeah I showed it to a friend at work and she barely noticed. She mentioned she saw the post I made about it on facebook with these same pictures and said she couldn't find what I changed lol I had to point it out to her. I really like that aspect!

I really appreciate it, thank you

I thought so, too, and wish it did, but this is the way these stripes were designed. There's really no spot on the wheel well's curve where the front hash matches it exactly because it is completely flat on the bottom edge. So I learned to live with it by appreciating the curve-to-tangent change. It goes from curving with the wheel well on the back hash, to becoming tangent to the curve with the front hash.

Thank you! I do as well! I was a tad nervous about having that put on but man does real carbon fiber look incredible with green. Planning on getting the front CF splitter as well, and possibly the side skirts. Being rather large ticket items though, and with some interior changes being a bit more urgent, I think those two changes are a little down the line.

Looks good op, I like it!! Does anyone have pictures of the hash marks on a pewter metallic vette? I've seen some limited pics on google but was wondering if anyone has any recently?
