JMO, but on your color car, bronze wheels would look great. And I agree that a gunmetal or comp gray set of wheels would go well. But, you're the one that needs to make the choice based on your tastes.
Car is getting dropped off next week to have the spoiler put on and headlights should be here next week. So Ill post more photos when the mods are on. Really stumped on the black rims, I think it looks sick on your guys cars

I like your wheels as they are, but I'm a chrome guy. They do seem a little large. However if they are pitting then plastidip might be a good way to experiment.
I'm not a huge fan of black wheels, but they can certainly work on the right car. That said, I am even less a fan of chrome wheels on post 70s era cars. In your case, I would go for black over what you have on there now.

Just picked up my Electron Blue with Black Two-Tone wheels. I wasn't sure about them, but they look much better in person that in pictures. we'll see how i like them over time.

Lol the comment where someone says the wheels on there do nothing for your car was being way too nice. Bro get those %$^&* ugly *** chrome wheels off that car, paint them today go get some plastidip and paint them black TODAY. If you don't like it peel it off but imo anything is better than the chrome you have on there. Sorry to be so blunt man but you asked...................congrats on the car you're going have so much fun this summer with it!

Thank you sir. Yea I don't get it either, I see the wheels perfect in every pic people have posted thus far.
Here is a picture that I purposely posted before... as you can see the black tire wheel and wheel well, blend into the shadow... the car is nice but could benefit by a wheel that would better define the corners.
Black wheels never photograph well on light cars as cameras do not have as much dynamic range as the human eye i.e. the difference between the lightest light and darkest dark which can be seen in a photo as opposed to what we see. In the example above the sun can be seen reflecting off the car just above the fuel filler and is 'blown out' as the camera cannot handle the range of light and will expose for the middle range. Because the camera can only work with this limited range this is the reason the wheels and wheel wells look like black blobs.
Get the angle of the sun right and nothing too light in the background (such as a grey sky on a lightly overcast day)and you should be fine.
