Any good full service car washes in Los Angeles?
I hate the thought of trusting the washing and detailing of my Corvette to anyone but myself, but persistent back issues that I've had since a weightlifting mishap in Highschool means that washing the corvette on Saturday, means I can't stand up or walk on Sunday.
SO given that limitation, does anyone in the LA area (especially in the Southbay/Long Beach area) know of a good full service car wash?
I won't consider any place that uses high pressure water.
I'm basically looking for a place that hand washes it, like i would.

The best I have found are the guys who come to you with a van. I'm 45 minutes north of you and I have used VIP Mobile Detailing with great results. Their site says they will service the Long Beach area. http://www.vipmobiledetailing.com/#!gallery/c1p9k

Instead of trusting your car to others, this may be another option:
California duster and then Chadwicks. Takes 10 minutes and looks great when done..
Or train the neighbor kid how to wash your car and pay him.

FIND a good place that has hand held wands... wash the car then use about $2 worth of SOFT RINSE then drive home...
Sorry about your back
