Default Rollback Calculation Help

Would an experienced C5 owner be able to explain this picture to me?

I'm thinking the 75K report was a mistake, unless someone lived in this thing
for just under a year. Hard to explain the 99K one though, and the reported mileage from 2010 - 2013 appears to be awfully low.

Something you're looking at or already bought?

Head to a GM dealer with your VIN. Hopefully there was enough work done, and recorded by them to have a better idea on what happened with the mileage.

It's possible at 99K somebody decided it would be a good time to take some mileage off.

None of the above in my opinion. They probably had it in for service and the tech was messing with the trip computer and accidentally hit the Mile/KM button. Those 2 higher miles most likely kilometer readings.

My miles say 70k right now. I just did calculations, converting those large numbers from km to miles, and it makes total sense that a technician screwed with the computer. So does that mean my mileage is more around 75,000 currently?

P.S. when I got the car, it was set in metric mode, so its been messed with.

75277 kilometers = 46774 miles
99156 kilometers = 61612 miles
Everything works out perfectly and your miles at 70k should be spot on.

If it says 70k then that's what it is, not 75k

Nobody screwed with it, they hit a button
