How cool is that !! I'd be there for sure if it comes around again. Thanks !
Congrats on the new-to-you Z06/Z16, they are great cars. I have owned mine since new and still love it every time I fire it up. If I remember correctly I believe the only option on the cars were the body side molding, other than that they are all optioned the same.
For fun here's a picture of the largest known gathering of 2004 CE Z06's, taken at the Bowling green Assembly Plant parking lot at the 2014 Caravan/Labor Day Celebration. We hope to do it again in 2019, during the next National Caravan.

Is Z16 the RPO?
I have owned a CE Z06 for several years now and have regularly referred to it as a Z16. I recently got a vanity plate w/Z16 on it and was called out on using the term by a buddy. I checked the Corvette Black Book and it does not list an RPO Z16 for any 2004. I do see the Z16 RPO listed on the link listed above from Raff (thank you!). So which is correct? Does anybody have a original build sheet showing the Z16 RPO?

Congrats on the Z. Nice find
I have an 04 CE coupe that I purchased 9 years ago from the original owner with 8600 miles on it. I've been looking for a CE Z06 to go with it.

I was reading car mag. a year back can't remember what might have been the doc. office waiting for my App. but I do remember reading in this car mag. a guy did a world wide check for Z-16 Corvette registration 1500 is all he could come up with the rest ??? He seemed to think that's all that's left in the world .That's cool I guess..
