I bought wheels from them for a BMW a few years ago. I was unsure of the offset I needed, so I let the salesman guide me. They turned out to be incorrect, actually for another generation of car. Instead of sending them back, I stupidly tried to correct the issue with spacers, with no luck. This could have been avoided if the "expert" had sold me the right wheels in the first place. I just sold them to a coworker and moved on.
