I got the ones from RPI -- they look really nice but the OEM has a thicker backing so I took the Fleur-de-Lis/Chevrolet Red one and one of the thin strip flexible magnet thingies from my tool box and made a backing for the new checkered flag. Cut with an exacto knife and cleaned it us with denatured alcohol before sticking it on. I will use the 3M adhesive when I put them back on the car. -- it came out great. Looked so good I went ahead and did it for the American flag too.
Now the thickness is exact!
