Default Must be a Vette owner !!

WOW !!! I almost crapped my pants just watching !!! (not really) I have always believed not panicking is the biggest key in not crashing. I would have had high blood pressure in this ride !!

You live/drive enough in the "snow belt", and it's not too hard, to develop those skills. Having said that, today's "nanny state cars", with traction control, stability control, ABS, and all of that, have taken a lot of both the skill, as well as car control ability, away from the driver.

These days, you CAN'T do a "bootleg turn", unless you have the time to shut all of that crap off. There were a couple of instances in my past, when being able to spin a donut in the middle of a street, kept me from getting hit by some out of control driver....

Never fun seeing your name in the mirror. Being an ex. FedEx driver I bet he got wrote up for doing that. But it was impressive,a lot could have went wrong there.

all the warning bells and such to me just adds to the texting and not paying attention. I was lucky to race a go cart at the age of 12 (80 mph) and living in the north when we would go find a open space and do donuts all that, witch honed our skills. I really believe it's not panicking ??

FedEx has some stupid rules, hints why I'm an EX. FedEx driver. They will say he should have had extra air lines in the truck. I'm not saying he did anything wrong, but FedEx might not see it that way. With that back pup sliding like that it could have Easley took the whole truck with it.

Yup...fed ex is all about accountability. It could have been worse, hence why he maybe reprimanded. I do am an Ex fed ex grunt. They will nail you any chance they get and Easily hire the next set of suckers right behind you.

Wow! I'm really impressed by that drivers control over his rig. I'm no professional big rig driver, and have never been one, but I can't help but admire how well that was handled. My hat is off to all who haul the freight and goods to feed and supply our great nation. Best wishes!

Freezing rain 100% thru Sunday, yuk. Of course, 55 on Monday, then back to work. I'm not very good on house arrest, but getting some stuff done! Go ahead and laugh...wait until you have 10" of snow and it's 65 here.

Me thinks if he just got over to the right about 2' he would have had some crunchy snow to drive in and had some traction. Too many people drive right in the tracks where everyone else drives when just moving over a little gives you a lot more traction. Yes, and I have done that numerous times.
