Default Advice on a knock sensor error

Ok, so 2004 Verte, Base, 5.7L, great auto, low mileage only 25K. So over the winter I didn't run it much at all, I am in Missouri, high humidity most of the year. So during the winter months it posted a P0332 (rear knock sensor) only, with once in a while it would throw the MIL. So, now after two long trips the error has not posted at all. I am running the high tier 91 Octane (all I can get here), is it possible I got a tank full of bad gas that is now purged? I understand you can't diagnose it over the net, but in your humble opinions, do you think I should go ahead and replace both of the knock sensors? Or wait to see if it posts again? Thanks.

Possibly bad gasoline or incorrect tune. Any recent modifications (aka CAI, exhaust)?

I would remove the intake and inspect the wiring

Thanks, that seems to be the problem, sensors looked and seemed to be fine but the wiring was a bit subject. After changing the two sensors, the harness, building the dams and new gaskets seem to have fixed the problem.
