The cutoff shake is due to the design of the cutoff shield. That (and among other reasons) is why I ditched Radioflyer's ACAs and are retrofitting my own ACAs. Radioflyer uses Acme Standard projectors, which are equivalent to Morimoto Mini H1 3.0s. Morimoto H1 is now on 7.0 with a much better cutoff shield mechanism.

My retrofit is with Morimoto FX-R 3.0 (2.5" lens). I could have gone the easy way with Mini H1 7.0s but wanted a challenge, lol. They should be done this weekend.

They are part of the Caravaggio 'Skunk Werkes' package. Canards, side splitters, and rear spoiler designed by Cafaro who penciled the C5.
