Back end, or mid section exhaust mods will only void the warranty on those components. Many dealerships will give you grief is you do headers and high-flow cats, check with them first before doing those mods.

Dealers are bound by law, the warranty is a contract, they need grounds to viod that contract not their opinion or lack of affection. If you are givien grief over any external mod, within reason you have recourse under law. Check the SEMA Act which spells out the dealers downfalls when attacking your warranty, unfourtunly it does nothing to stop their attacks on our vehicles which they describe and their mechanic fixing it. To fix your vehicle the "mechanic" must first cover himself in grease, roll in the dirt, insert all manner of sharp objects in back pockets, then get in car to drive on lift. He then misses the door to shop and hits wall, pu s your car on the lift wrong and drops it. This is before the worse part when he picks up a wrench.

The Corsa systems are licensed by General Motors, so I doubt if they will voice your GM Warranty. If they did, that would be somewhat contradictory.

No. but when you remove a factory item... the factory item is no longer warrantied.. but in this case your Corsa exhaust is guaranteed for life, so you have upgraded the warranty on your exhaust..

sure and the Magnuson-Moss Warranty act.

But, they're only as good as the amount of money you pay for a lawyer. The SEMA and MMWA don't stop warranty voiding - they only give you legal recourse if you think it was done to you without merit... allowing you to sue the dealer/maunfacturer in court.

It's always been my understanding that any external mods will not void your warranty but internal parts do. Check with the dealer in your area. No problem with the dealer here.

Many dealer sell Corsa systems as upgrades - you'll find many new 'vettes at Les Stanford already have Corsa installed.

No, it won't. I have had my aftermarket exhaust on for over three years and never had a problem getting warranty work.

While "no" is a pretty good answer, a better answer is that GM will not pay for warranty repairs caused by aftermarket parts. A catback exhaust isn't going to change anything, so there should be no problem. However, just as an example, what if the tech who installed it did it wrong, allowing the mufflers to contact the read body panel? If that happened, GM wouldn't pay for your melted trunk floor.

The dealer installed the Borlas on my Z and told me they'd do headers if I wanted.
