is that correct, the FE4 is the suspension from the z06.
So if I were looking for the sway bars I'd choose the FE4.

Yeah, except that most places that sell them identify them as Z06 sway bars.

Here's a link to a Fred Beans special here in C5 General. In their special is a GM Z06 Stabilizer Bar Kit which includes front and rear bars, end links and insulators. Also shown is the GM part number for each of the individual items in the kit:
