I went the same route for a previous '99 Z51 coupe - excellent setup, BUT, unless you plan to track the car, don't bother with slotted rotors, go with drilled only. The slots are intended to shave off the surface of the pads each time the brakes are appplied so your pad life will drop and brake dust will increase. Also, try to get zinc-coated rotors to prevent rusting of the hubs and vanes.

I awaiting delivery from Rotorpros for a set of D&S. I'll let you know what I think of them when I get a chance to pick them up from the P.O.

I had a set of Sportbrakes completely split in two. They wouldn't stand behind their product that wasn't tracked and had less than 500 miles on them. I ended up throwing the other three in the trash. i WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE THEM TO SOMEONE HERE CAUSE i WOULDN'T WANT WHAT HAPPENED TO ME TO HAPPEN TO THEM. Buy from someone who will stand behind their product.

I have a set of Baer Eradispeeds with Hawk pads and Goodrich lines. I just posted the thread. The Baer's have outstanding quality compared to the chinese junk which is why they cost so much. Get what you pay for, as they say. Check out my thread.

Check this out. Very good deal on everything you need to step up to Z51 brakes!

Got mine off ebay, drilled and slotted for $168 shipped for all four. I know they are not great but I don't track it, either. I just wanted more of the looks and my stock ones were squealing.
