F/S FAST90mm, 90mm Holley TB, AFR205 heads, Ed Curtis camshaft, and more
Returned my 2004 LS1 to stock and have these parts to sell. I'll take money order or Paypal, they will be shipping from Denver, Colorado FedEx ground.
Will provide pictures if you need them, please PM me with the email address you'd like the pictures sent to.
FAST 90mm LSX intake ported by Vengance racing with Holley 90mm throttle cable throttle body.
Both are in excellent to near new condition with under 500 miles on them. I put these on the car in September 2006, took it to the dyno twice, and parked in the garage November 2006 until they were removed today. Paid $1,400 for the parts and intake port work. I'll also throw in a set of used Ford Motor Sports fuel injectors with a couple thousand miles on them and a new LS2 fuel rail adapter kit.
SOLD to URNVS, payment received, items shipped $900 shipped
AFR 205 heads, milled to 62cc
These have 5,000 miles on them, had them milled down to 62cc and new Patriot Performance value springs installed for new camshaft and ported FAST intake a few hundred miles before I removed them. Used but still in good to excellent condition.
SOLD to Jasonscott $1650 shipped
Ed Curtis "Street Sweeper" camshaft 236 240 111 .630 .610
Installed in September 2006, took it to the dyno twice, and parked in the garage November 2006 until it was removed today. Includes Thunder Racing 7.400 push rods with the same low miles.
SOLD to drozd_ws6 $300 shipped
ASP Harmonic Balancer Crank Pulley, SFI 18.1 Approved, 1998-2002 LS1 F-body, 2004 GTO PN 948500 Made 01-13-05

In a 2004 LS1 6 speed GTO I made 450rwhp, but I never did get a professional tune done, just a basic safe one and then parked it. Ed reported 470 to 500rwhp with this cam and proper setup.

Is patriot springs support ED curtis camshaft, what lift it support ? and its single or dual V springs?
and is PTV clearance ok for this milled heads and Ed's CAM? or piston notching or flycut on pistons required. What head gasket u used on it, can i use cometic .40 gasket to bump more compression and still dont require piston flycut or PTV clearance issue.
How emmission friendly is this cam ?
Might be intersted in all three AFR/CAM/Pulleys. Will wait for pics.

Here is Ed's information on this camshaft from the FlowTech website.
C5 - Stock shortblock - ETP 215 heads - LG headers - FAST 90
J&J Performance - Formato tune - 511 rwhp - 455 rwtq - PUMP GAS!
04 GTO M6 - Stock shortblock - ETP 215 heads - Kooks headers
Vette Doctors tune - 475 rwhp - 437 rwtq - Driven Daily!
BIG horsepower up top with more average power than any cam in this range.
The RESULTS don't lie, only our competition does!
Piston to valve clearance must be verified!

STREET-SWEEPER Series Camshafts
Power Band: 2000 RPM to 6500 RPM
Our latest series of camshaft lobes are used in the "StreetSweeper" designs. These camshaft profiles can run on the street and still be extremely fast on the track. Power band is between 2000-6500 RPM with more on tap with light valvetrain.
These grinds are a step above the "StreetBeast" and add even more power to the already proven and potent "SB" profiles! These camshafts do require higher pressure valve springs for best results.
This latest series of camshafts will let you perform your best on the track and still drive the car home!
