Do you know the offset on the front wheels?

The reason I ask is that I've called Bob at the House of Wheels and he said that only certian offsets will clear.

Let me know when you can verify the offset.

not sure where these came from. they came with the car. Wish I could be more help. If I find anything our I'll let you know. You could always add a small wheel spacer if needed. I had too on my 02 GTS viper when I added a big brake kit on it. No big deal. Actually gives you a wider track which looks and handles better anyways

I wonder if you could measure from the face of the wheel to the mounting flange at the rotor...use a straight edge and tape measure......maybe I could use that to determine the offset.

I'm really interested, but dont want to have to run a spacer and longer studs.....

Let me know if you can get a quick measurement.

Oops, sorry about that...don't do anything to hurt yourself, but it would seal the deal for me to know I don't have to buy expensive spacers and studs......and get well soon!

best i could measure was:
front wheel from inner spokes to the outer edge of caliper was .25" clearance from spokes

Rear wheel clearance from spokes too outer edge caliper is @ 1.25" clearance.

Maybe this will help...if a c6 z06 caliper protrudes out further then a stock c5 z06 caliper then you may have issues.

Thanks.

Well darn.....it doesn't sound like these wheels will fit without a 3/4" spacer then......C6 Z06 calipers are HUGE!

I was told that there are 40mm offset wheels that will fit and 56mm that won't w/o using a 3/4" spacer and longer wheels studs.

I'm gonna' have to study this a little while longer......

ok...not really sure what wheels will fit. i guess a wheel designed for a c6 z..that could be big bucks. my viper has longer front studs and spacer.. no big deal
