Default F/S A&A Supercharger Kit

****Sold****I’m selling my A&A SC kit off of my 2004. The kit comes with just about everything you need. I was seeing 10lbs of boost with the 3.6” pulley that comes with the kit. With a Cam this combo gave me 595 RWHP on the stock LS1.

I got into the 9’s @ 138 mph running a 3.4” pulley at 12lbs of boost with this kit.

The pictures below show what you get, I didn’t take a picture of the plastic cover over the radiator or the radiator skid plate brackets that allow the radiator to tilt back for clearance. Both are included.

The head unit is a S-Trim, which is not a quiet SC. People will here you coming with it.

$3400 Shipped

Wear on SC outlet coupler

These are custom polished Stainless Steel 4” tubes. This is setup for a Speed Density tune with a IAT sensor mounted in the bottom of the tube going to the throttle body. If you use it on a MAF car you would simple need to cut a section out of that tube and get couplers for the MAF.

Wear on SC inlet coupler

The intercooler has holes to mount a dual nozzle methonl injection system. The intercooler comes with the holes, you can either add meth injection or seal the holes by welding them our using bolts as a plug.

60lb flow matched injectors

From top to bottom; oil pressure line to SC, oil return line, breather from oil cap to filter, tool for pinning the crank with pin included, filter for smog pump, check valve for PCV hose, Tee fitting for vacuum/ boost pressure, Rotex bit for installing SC return fitting in the oil pan, and oil pan return fitting

Also include;

-The plastic cover that goes over the intercooler and radiator.
-The lower radiator brackets that allow the radiator to lean back.

Missing from the complete kit;

-A few hose clamps (tried to get them all)
-Vacuum hose to go from the BOV to the Tee fitting installed in the brake booster line
-Belt
-Boost a pump or an after market fuel pump (depending on the year)

You will also need to trim the upper radiator support to get proper clearance. I have a CD with the installation instructions.

I have about 16,000 miles on it. The Vortech website states they warranty them for 36,000 miles. Mine doesn't has a warranty on it, but that give you an idea of how long they are good for.

Anyone who has knowledge about longevity of the Votech head units please chime in.

To have the bearings changed in the head unit is about $400 and to have it upgraded to the Si-Trim is about $800 from what I've read.

I installed and removed the kit myself. If you are good with tools it is a nice weekend project. The only hard part is getting the balancer bolt off to pin the crank and to find a good tuner to get you running.

Orderd the pipe in the link below. Had to order 2 of them and cut the 45 degree bends out. The rest of the pipe went for another project. The bend on the original pipe between the SC and filter wasn't a 45 so I had to adjust things a little.
