maybe you can help me in my quest. I've read the A4 have to be installed left on right side and right on left side to keep the reclining handle from hitting the seatbelt retractor, any truth to this?
I'm looking for black suede seats that
a. Install without significant mods
b. utilize the stock seatbelts
c. slide forward/back w/o hitting on the trans tunnel or seat belt retractor
d. do not require relocation of recline handle
e. Are under 1k for both
bonus
f. Utiilize power seat tracks
If you have something PM me a price for black w/ microsuede and brackets for a c5.
Have anything like this?

#1-Yes you will have to swap the seat from left to right so the handle is towards the middle. You cannot mount the seats without having the reclining handle in the middle.
#2-Yes you can use the stock seat belts and the seats bolt right in with no significant mods.
#3-Yes you can slide back and forth but the seat will rub slightly on the tunnel because the area where the seat goes is so narrow.
I just sent you the price

Thanks for the info on the CR1 seats not fitting in the c5.I'm guessing being one inch wider then stock a4's that the wide option might be tight as well.I am trying to get it all nailed down before march first.Do the LG1's fit in the c5 by chance?

We just installed a set on troys c5z and I have mine ready to go in next. Couple things do the sliders get any better to move the seat forward and back and easier it seems like it take a good amount of grunt to move them. Also why not drill the holes 1.5" over so that way the seats fit properly as opposed to putting the driver in passenger and vice versa and that way it's centered? It seems like corbeau could easily do this as it took us only 10 minutes to drill the new holes . I love the seats but when you are spending 1k plus on them they should go in how they are supposed to without me having to do any extra work....Would I buy again? Absolutely but it's such a simple fix why has it not already been done by the company?

Corbeau never made the seat as standard in that color...that is a custom seat. The only reclining seat that will fit your car is the A4. If you wanted to do a custom seat I would order them in cloth and take it to a upholstery shop.
