Default Hawk LS Series Harmonic Balancer Installation Tool

Hawk LS Series Harmonic Balancer Installation Tool

Here is the Hawk LS Series Harmonic Balancer Installation Tool. It has been on market for over 10 years now and proven itself to be a must when installing a harmonic balancer. Universal installer tool kits do not work well with the GM LS Series motors. No longer do you have to chance stripped or damaged crank threads trying other installation methods.

There are two versions offered, the GM LS1, LS6, LS2 & LS3 or the GM LS7. The GM LS7 version is approximately 3 inches longer due to the deeper crank threads in the GM LS7. So the tool needs to be longer. The GM LS7 version can be used on other LS motors but there may be clearance issues with the added length of the tool during use.

I'm planning on picking one of these up from you guys within the next month. Going to start a H/C/I install sometime in August and this would be a nice tool for the new pulley.

Just placed the order! I'm sure this will come in handy when I'm doing my head/cam install and the time comes to install the pulley. Thanks!

I bought one of these off of LS1 Tech 4 years ago. This is one of the tools you need in your tool box if you're working on LS motors.

Yes, video won't play.
I too am close to doing my heads/cam/headers.... Picked up a new Powerbond 25% underdrive pulley and an ARP balancer bolt. I was told to use the old factory bolt to install the new balancer, then remove it and install and torque down the ARP bolt.
Is that not an option, is this needed???
I already bought the Sac City Corvettes install/alignment tools for the oil pump, front and rear covers.....
If I need this as well, guess I will be ordering.

Is there a coupon code for this? I checked the link. About to do my harmonic balancer and this may be easier than the threaded rod method...
