I guess I'll offer my help, for what it's worth.
I'm in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, I can do the greater Montreal region.
I am also very often in France, in case somebody needs eyes there.
I have no real expertise but I have a track-modified C5 so I guess I'm starting to know a little about those.
