It will fit any C5. The automatic transmission to accommodate routing will have to be changed but not exactly sure what's involved. You could always contact Randy at DRM since it was purchased from them. The radiator shroud is opened up to allow for better flow and I know DRM has the install instructions and it does show the areas that they recommend be opened.
