Was going to grab a set, as that is a good price (and what I feel straight pipe exhaust should be sold for) but it is 2.5 inch pipes. I really want 3 inch pipes

Got the pipes in a few days ago. They ARE the tips in the pic. And they look awesome. Can't wait to install them and let it rip!

So what is my options now that I have these pipes and withing 1 weekend of driving, the poly whatever mounts have been absolutely destroyed and ripped apart? Got anything with a little (read as ALOT more) strength in holding these pipes in place?

Sound great. VERY loud. I mean VERY loud. My car can be heard starting right at 1/4 mile away. (friend works at a local ford dealer and could hear my car start while he was in their shop)

Bump for answer or solution to weak exhaust mounts.

We have sold several sets and never had complaints about the mounts. I personally have not installed this part, so I would recommend calling Borla's tech support at the link below. Thanks!

If Borla doesn't send some replacements out asap, I'd just go to a local hardware store and get some high temp rubber washers/gaskets.

btw, I need to get a set of these for my 99 C5. Maryland Speed has the best price I've seen, and they seem to be the best straight pipe option for the C5. I'll have a set of used Corsas for sale soon. lol
