Is the fabric peeling away from the backing on any edges? Mine started peeling away on the drivers front corner real bad and when I pulled the headliner to fix it, found the biggest problem was the backing was deteriorating. I just don't wanna end up with another one falling apart that would need replaced soon. Any chance you can come down some on the price?

I'm waiting to hear back on a few more local area FRC models being parted out to see if they still have a headliner and the condition/price. If none are available or in good shape, I'll more than likey go with yours. So far, yours has been in the best shape I've seen.
