Bought this for my '99 FRC in August because I thought I needed to replace the compressor, but didn't. It is a NEW (not rebuilt garbage) Delphi compressor and it comes with PAG oil, all the replacement O-Rings for the entire system, the expansion valve, and an accumulator. This is pretty much everything you need to get your A/C blowing ice cold again unless you have a broken line or evaporator. I don't recommend using aftermarket or rebuilt compressors since they generally fail and you wind up wasting a whole lot of time and money on a job you have to do again..... and you're sitting there mad and SWEATING! By the way, this comes with a one year warranty - but I did buy it in August 2012 so it still has an 8 month warranty left. Being a brand new OEM compressor the warranty isn't as big of a deal as if you bought an auto parts store compressor that's foreign or rebuilt OR BOTH. It's never been out of the box other than to verify contents.

Should fit all C5 LS1 / LS6 motors, but probably wouldn't hurt to verify with your local dealer on the part number. (You can ask them what the compressor costs while you're at it!)

Even if you don't buy this one - do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY A REBUILT OR AUTO PARTS COMPRESSOR if you plan on keeping your car. Don't ask me how I know
